7. Cookies
This website only uses technical cookies: the session cookie, needed for the order and free trial forms to work, and the storage of your choice on the cookie notice (6 months). It does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools. We also collect visit statistics directly on our server, with no external services, to understand how the website is used and improve it (legitimate interest): pages viewed, reading time, most viewed sections, device type, referring website and the approximate location (city, region and country) derived from the IP address using a database hosted on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP). With "Necessary only" the IP address is used only to derive the location and is not stored, and each visit stays separate. If you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice we also store your IP address with the visit data and a random code on your device to recognise later visits. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the pages. This data is only accessed by us, is never shared and is deleted after 13 months. During payment, PayPal and Stripe may set their own technical and security cookies, according to their respective policies.
