General terms of sale

Last updated: 27/10/2026 · This is a translation for convenience: in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Seller

PC Gross Italia S.r.l., Viale Marco Polo n. 2 - 95126 Catania, Italy, VAT No. IT03141180871, email info@pcgrossitalia.it (the "Seller").

2. Subject and customers

These terms govern the distance sale, through this website, of licences to use the TeamFluXit software. Sales are reserved to businesses and professionals holding an Italian VAT number ("business" customers); no sales are made to consumers. Companies based outside Italy may contact the Seller for a separate offer.

3. Licence to use

The purchase grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the TeamFluXit software for 12 months from the date the activation code is issued, for the number of servers and the plan (maximum number of users) stated in the order. The software remains the property of the Seller. It is forbidden to decompile or modify the software, to circumvent the licence protection systems or to transfer the software to third parties.

4. Prices

Prices are in euro, refer to one year of licence and are shown net of VAT, which is added at the statutory rate when ordering. The price applied is the one in force at the time of the order.

5. Order and payment

The contract is concluded upon payment of the order. Accepted methods: PayPal, credit card (payment handled by Stripe) and bank transfer. Payment data is processed directly by PayPal and Stripe and never passes through the Seller's systems. With a bank transfer, the order is considered paid when the funds are actually received.

6. Delivery

The activation code is sent to the email address given in the order, normally right after the payment is confirmed (PayPal and card) or after the transfer has been verified (bank transfer). The Customer must keep it: for security reasons the code is not stored in clear text on the Seller's systems.

7. Free trial

TeamFluXit can be tried free of charge for 7 days, with the limits of the Base plan and on 1 server, once per company. When the trial ends the software is suspended until a purchased licence code is entered. The trial carries no obligation to buy.

8. Renewal

The licence does not renew automatically. Before expiry the software notifies its users; to keep using it the Customer purchases a new licence. On expiry the software is suspended without deleting any data, which remains on the Customer's server.

9. Requirements and operation

The software requires a computer running Windows to act as the server and an internet connection for the periodic licence check. Without a connection the software keeps working for 7 days. Push notifications on mobile devices rely on third-party services (Google, Apple).

10. Right of withdrawal

As this is a sale between professionals, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers by the Italian Consumer Code does not apply. The Customer can in any case evaluate the product beforehand with the free trial.

11. Warranty and liability

The Seller undertakes to provide support and updates for the duration of the licence. The software is provided "as is": the Seller is not liable for indirect damage, data loss or loss of profit, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The Customer is responsible for looking after the server and the backups. In any case the Seller's total liability is limited to the price paid for the current licence.

12. Suspension and revocation

The Seller may suspend or revoke the licence in case of non-payment, improper use or breach of these terms.

13. Invoicing

For every purchase the Seller issues an electronic invoice through the Italian Exchange System (SDI), based on the data provided by the Customer, who guarantees its accuracy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. The Court of Catania (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
